Philips AventDouble electric breast pump

I’ve been using it for about 2 months now and all I can say is, I love it! It’s lightweight so it’s easy to bring around plus it comes with a stylish black bag that doesn’t scream “I’m a mom and I’m looking for the nursing room!” It has been thoughtfully designed so we don’t have to lean forward to ensure all our liquid gold flows nicely into the bottle, I can actually sit straight while using it! Also, my husband commented on how easy it is to wash the pump parts and I couldn’t agree more. Couldn’t be happier because it works very well for me!

The pump did not function as expected and needed constant manual compression or massage by me which killed the experience

I bought this pump as a first time mom to express breast milk for my son. Being an exclusive pumper, i realised that the breast pump does not drain the breasts completely. One needs to continuously keep massaging And pressing the breasts for the milk to be expressed. The pump only comes with a default cushion size for the pump which is not mentioned in the product details on the website. Moreover, when I wanted to purchase a different size of the cushion pump since the default size was not fit for me, the customer care agent did not have all the details and made me re-purchase the same size cushions online by giving me the details of a bigger size. When I complained, i wasnt even given a full refund. Instead was asked to go to The customer care centre myself to return the item. Considering that this product is so high priced, I would have expected better functionality and better service but was disappointed with both.
