Philips AventSoft, bite-resistant spouts

My little girl suffers from cerebral palsy and so she can't drink with other cup than yours with flexible silicone spouts, but since she has all her teeth the spout does not last long, could be very usefull to be able to buy replacement silicone spouts,

The cup is great, my baby loves drinking from it, and it's very easy for him. It is a guaranteed leak proof cup, but I dont know what moms have tested it to say that, no it does not leak when he is drinking, but he turns it upside and squirts water everywhere! When I read leak proof I imagine that my son will not be able to get water out unless he is sucking on it or gets the cup apart.

I was very happy in the begining when i bought it because it is very comfortable for my 5 month old baby, he cannot eat from spoon yet so puree and cearls i give him from this and he can eat his food so clean without spliting but, then in only one month silicone spoute ripped of(that is not because of product has a bad quality it just because my baby is teething and likes to chew on silicone part with his two teeth) and now im having hard time to find only silicone spout only, i dont wanna buy new 2 cups jus for one silicone spout, because it comes in two pack from where i bought, it is a waste so if the company provides us with silicone spout seperately i would be very happy and of course would give 5 stars. because that is the only problem im having with this product.

We had been enjoying the sippy cups, they are well désigned and my baby likes them. Shortly after the teeth came out, my baby chewed through the spouts very quickly and finding replacement spouts is impossible outside of an online order. When you factor in shipping and handling from the recommended online retailers, it's not worth ordering just the spout. It's wasteful, all I need is a new spout, the rest of the cup will last forever. I wish I could find this product in store.

We always used the Avent baby bottles, so I was excited to try the sippy cup. But my daughter chews through the spout, and you cannot find replacements ANYWHERE! It's ridiculous. So now I have to buy whole new cups and toss away the bottles just to get replacement spouts. Nice business practice!

The color and design is not as pleasant and child friendly. My 2 years old kid won't use it, the first time she saw it she says "yuck" and "eww mommy" it is probably because of the color the gasket is black. Is there anyway I can get a refund or change product? or do you guys even have a different color for this, the use and the function of this soft spout is good its just the appearance and the impact to most of the kids who won't use dark things. Dont get me wrong I love Avent products she's been using it since she was born.
